Exercise Physiologist

Jo believes in a whole person approach to treatment, looking at the physical, mental and social factors that influence health. Jo uses a range of strength and rehabilitation techniques to help her clients achieve their goals.

She has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, sport injury rehabilitation and women’s health.

Jo completed her Master of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at Victoria University as well as her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (Exercise Physiology) from Deakin University.

Jo has gained extensive experience in this over the past few years in Private Practice.  Prior to becoming an Exercise Physiologist Jo was a tennis coach/player for 5 years, and prior to this was a state level swimmer.

In her spare time, Jo enjoys tennis and pilates and keeping active with her Labrador’s. 

Jo believes in an individualised approach to exercise prescription and loves to see her clients achieve their goals.
