A well balanced diet is important for providing energy to keep active throughout the day, as well as providing the required nutrients for growth and repair, and to be able to help reduce diet related illnesses. Often poor diet is a risk factor for many chronic conditions, and with so much information out there, it’s quite hard to figure out what advice to follow.
